Instructor: Christina Fenendael
Christina taught her first yoga class in 2003 and has been practicing and teaching on and off for over 20 years.She has a Yoga Alliance certification, and specialized in one-on-one yoga for individuals recovering from surgeries, major injuries, and those with unique physical needs while working in a sports physical therapy clinic in Oakland, CA. Her certification is in Ashtanga Vinyasa, but she utilizes her experience with modifications and sequencing from both her past work as a PT assistant and her time studying Iyengar yoga and yoga for scoliosis. She emphasizes alignment, enjoying the practice versus stressing about perfection, and finding the joy in our unique yoga journeys.
